The Restaurant

On one hand a rigorously masculine soul, on the other, its exact opposite, a narration of nuances, blending together at the centre of the MET Restaurant, then mellowing with different shades of colour and the softness of exquisite fabrics and velvets. 

The Loggione represents the masculine soul of the restaurant. Intense colours, an atmosphere reminiscent of a Caravaggio painting and seasonal settings with the Raptus&Rose Atelier signature.  Fortuny fabrics on the walls, prestigious Murano glass chandeliers and a Sharing Table setting created with brìcole (navigation poles) from the Lagoon where “sharing” and “conviviality” are the watchwords of your experience.    

On the opposite side, the most evident interface between fashion and food is expressed in the Rose Room by Raptus & Rose. A dive into the brightest pink, a journey towards the Orient, while looking towards Venice.  

Here and only here you can enjoy an ad hoc proposal - dishes with a floral look and a selection of innovative cocktails to sip on soft sofas for an aperitif or informal Michelin-starred dinner.  

In the fine season, in the Met Garden Corner you can enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors in the heart of the luxuriant Metropole Hotel garden.
